EPIC
Several students have asked for the EPIC class code. EPIC is a great reading app that students can use all summer long. Students can listen to, read, and find both nonfiction and fiction books at their level. The class code is: yea0577.

Guided Reading
Throughout the month of May your child will be performing several plays. If your child comes home asking to bring to school some props, they likely want to use them to go along with their play. This week students performed two plays: That Goat Has Got to Go and A Pinch of Pepper. It was so fun to see these talented performers in action!
Math
Coming up in math your child will begin to work with different units of measurement. Your child will go on Scavenger Hunts and measure different parts of their body in feet, inches, yards, and centimeters.
