Second graders are working hard with their Battle of Books partner. Please encourage your child to spend time reading some of their Battle of Books at home as well so your child is able to get through all of the chapter books before the battle in late January early February. Encourage your child to take notes using the yellow graphic organizer that was handed out to them. This will help your child remember those tough comprehension questions that may be asked.
